Allure Exclusive Holiday Villa in Bahamas

( from Pursuitist )

Located in Paradise Island, Bahamas, the Allure holiday villa was especially envisioned by interior designer Adriana Hoyos to offer guests a Zen-inspired escape. The massive 11,400 square foot home has a total of four en suite bedrooms, complete with a generously-sized gated property, golf cart, outdoor furniture, parking space, pond, waterfalls, home theater and wine cellar.
Here are more alluring details as provided by the owners of the villa: “The grand entryway features an Asian pond surrounded by marble columns; complete with cod fish, lily pads and towering palms welcoming guests to pure elegance. Exterior finishes of marble Zen motifs under second storey windows and bands of stone tile reveal opulence“. Each interior exudes refinement and the furniture arrangements and decors reveal an eclectic style. With Asian inspiration being the most obvious, the place can spiritually teleport guests inside the Oriental culture. A stay at Allure Villa will cost you from US$8500 – 8571 per night, depending on the season.~~ by Pursuitist

Let the Giraffe play..............

Giraffe Manor is amazing destination in the Lang’ata suburb of Nairobi, Kenya. The property and hotel is famous for its resident herd of endangered Rothschild giraffes that live in the extensive grounds of the manor house. Every day shortly before 9am, the elegant giraffe stroll up to the house and poke their heads through the windows and doors in search of morning treats. Guests could feed the giraffes from their breakfast table, photograph them and interact with this graceful animal through the open window, at the front door and even at the second floor bedroom window. This giraffe sanctuary is the only place in the world where one can share breakfast with the world’s tallest animal.
